Answers to the questions we are asked most often. For each restaurant’s hours, seating and access, please see its own page.

Reservations

Can I make a reservation?

Yes. Use the Book Online button on any restaurant page. Reservations can be made in Japanese, English or Chinese. Seating is limited, so we recommend booking ahead.

Can I reserve a specific course?

Yes. Each course on the menu page has its own reservation button.

Opening

Are you closed on any day of the week?

All of our restaurants are open every day, apart from occasional temporary closures, which we announce in the news section of each restaurant’s page.

What are your opening hours?

Hours vary by restaurant. Dinner-only locations open at 17:00; locations serving lunch open between 10:00 and 11:00. Please check the page of the restaurant you plan to visit.

Dining

What courses do you offer, and at what price?

KATANA Course ¥24,000, SAMURAI Course ¥27,000 and SHOGUN Course ¥41,580, all tax included. A 5% service charge is included in the course price.

Do you serve Halal Kobe beef?

Kobe beef certified by our in-house Halal committee is available on request when you book. Please note that the restaurants themselves are not Halal certified. See the menu page for details.

How can I pay?

We accept cash, major credit cards, electronic money and QR code payments. Accepted methods may vary slightly by restaurant.

In the restaurant

How many seats do you have?

Between 7 and 37 seats depending on the restaurant. Seating is mainly at the counter, so you can watch your Kobe beef cooked on the teppan in front of you.

Do you have information in English?

This site is available in Japanese, English and Chinese.
