Sadly leaves a lot to be desired. The staff were lovely throughout even despite having to deal with rowdy customers around us, but the a5 fillet we ordered was really poor quality for A5, at 25000 yen, it’s not excusable. The sirloin on the other hand was excellent. We also ordered a fried garlic rice which was clearly reheated from perhaps being cooked in the afternoon. I think the chef realised because they took this off the final bill for us.
All in all, this is below average place for a wagyu experience (having tried 2 others whilst in Japan). But the staff are lovely.
