表の看板をみて入店したがその商品がメニューに載っていなくて詐欺られたように感じた。
気になったのでスタッフに聞いたところ一番安いメニューは今品切れとの事だった。(品切れでもあのメニュー表に載っていないという事はあるのか?)
通された席がエレベーター前のデットスペースを利用したような席で劇狭+エアコン直撃の席で提供されるお肉が冷えるのも早かった気がする。
折角神戸牛を食べにきているのにあの席は残念すぎる。
お肉の焼き方を確認してくれたが、どの肉が誰に提供されるか把握しておらずそれぞれの肉が2種類の焼き方で提供されるというよくわからない提供の仕方であったのも残念なポイント。
