Our chef and waiter Mizuki and Nori were phenomenal people. ​I ordered the Kobe beef fillet, and it was easily one of the best culinary experiences of my life. The marbling was exquisite, and the preparation was flawless. ​Texture: It literally melted the moment it hit my tongue—no knife required. ​Flavor: Deep, rich, and buttery, with that distinct umami profile that only authentic Kobe beef can provide. ​Execution: The chef’s precision in cooking the steak to a perfect medium-rare ensured the fat was beautifully rendered while maintaining a succulent center. ​The Experience? ​Beyond the steak, the entire evening was seamless. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and the staff's knowledge of the different cuts and regions of beef added a wonderful layer of appreciation to the meal. Every side dish and pairing was clearly designed to complement the star of the show. ​Final Verdict: It’s more than just a dinner; it’s an artisanal experience.
