An absolutely unforgettable experience at Wagyu Katana. We tried the Kobe Beef A5 and it was simply spectacular — the quality of the meat is outstanding, melting in your mouth with a flavor that is both rich and delicate. Special thanks to Chef Tsuro and his wonderful assistant Mizuki for making the evening so memorable. Their passion, attention to detail, and warm hospitality elevated the entire experience. The service was flawless, the presentation beautiful, and even receiving a certificate of authenticity added a unique touch. The restaurant’s cozy yet elegant atmosphere allows you to fully enjoy the best of authentic wagyu. If you are in Japan, Wagyu Katana is a must-visit. Truly one of the best dining experiences of my life.
