An outstanding experience at Wagyu Katana Hisago-dori. The restaurant is elegant yet warm and welcoming, with impeccable service and a relaxed, authentic atmosphere. The wagyu beef is exceptional — every cut is incredibly tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The chef and his wife, both kind, smiling, and genuinely passionate, make the experience even more special. Beautifully presented dishes and great attention to every detail. Prices are absolutely fair for the outstanding quality and overall experience. A place I highly recommend, just a short walk from the Senso-ji Temple.👍
