Outstanding Kobe Beef Experience in Asakusa!!! This was my first time trying authentic Kobe beef, and it was truly one of the highlights of my trip to Japan. I’m so glad I chose to experience it here in Asakusa—everything from the food to the service was exceptional. Yuri was incredibly kind and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to explain what makes real Kobe beef so special—its strict certification, limited production, and how it comes only from Tajima cattle raised under very specific standards in Hyogo Prefecture. Learning that true Kobe beef has official certification and individual traceability made the experience even more meaningful. Rui, the chef, did an excellent job cooking the Kobe beef exactly the way it should be cooked—simple, precise, and respectful of the ingredient. The texture was unbelievably tender, the marbling melted perfectly, and the flavor was rich yet clean, allowing you to truly appreciate what Kobe beef has to offer without overpowering it. I also really enjoyed the three different sake pairings, each with a different level of flavor intensity and alcohol volume. They complemented the Kobe beef beautifully and added another layer to the experience. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and professional. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was warm, and everything felt thoughtfully done. If you’re in Asakusa and want to try real, certified Kobe beef, this place is an absolute must. An amazing experience from start to finish—I would 100% recommend it.
