As a foreigner trying Kobe beef for the first time, this shop was a good place to do it. It's catered well towards visitors and most of the employees can speak English, so you won't have to struggle to communicate with them. The beef was legit, and as far as I could tell, was legitimate Kobe beef and wagyu (they present a plaque of certification for every cut you order). The atmosphere is very fun and high energy. Akemi, Natsu, and neo were all great chefs/hosts/performers. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who wants to try some top notch Kobe beef during their stay in Japan
