Arisa was great but atmosphere too noisy and full of excitement but that may be a cultural difference. We liked everything but for me, please measure the level of ‘joy’. It is not easy to handle sometimes. Am not sure why we had totally different service to two men who came in almost at the same time as us. They got a full run down of what Kobe beef was and in the end they also seemed overly pressurised to give reviews, with names. You are a good restaurant and provide great service so relax and expect good reviews not force it. You are wonderful and that is enough. Please leave time and space for customers to enjoy the moment and meal by themselves. All the best
