Wagyu Katana was an incredible find while wandering through Asakusa! It was the whole package - incredible food, incredible service and ambiance, and just an excellent experience! Chef Yuri was 10/10 amazing!! She was engaging, entertaining, an amazing chef, and spoke fantastic English. Every bite was a full experience - flavor, texture, the perfect balance of spices. Yuri Seriously, can’t say enough about how great it was! If I didn’t live in California, I’d be a regular for sure
