I have been visiting Japan for over 10 years and I am happy to say that this was the most memorable and wonderful lunch experience. Chef Yuri did an amazing job delicately cooking the Kobe beef to absolute perfection - and delivered the meal with style. What a fabulous hostess. If you visit Tokyo, it will not be complete without a visit to Wagyu Katana to enjoy a meal prepared by Chef Yuri!
