Had kobe beef skewer from Wagyu Katana on our recent Jaoan visit. This was our first kobe beef experience. We were welcomed very warmly by Anna. She was very friendly and made us very comfortable. Yuhei was the chef who made the skewer for us. The food was absolutely delicious. The best beef we've ever had in our life. This was my first time using chopsticks. Anna was kind enough to teach me how to use chopsticks. Be it the food, or the friendliness of the staff, or the ambience, Wagyu Katana was definitely the best. Would definitely come back.
