The employees speak English and when there are communication barriers they still try to assist. The food was high quality and melts in your mouth. My server Arisa made and served the dish in front of me and was very knowledgeable about Japan and more than willing to share pointers on where to go based off of what you are hoping to experience during your stay. Only reason not to go would be if you don't you are not a fan of extremely friendly staff.
