Ken was very accommodating. Him and waitress gave me warm singing welcome to my seat with a brief history about line beef and Wagyu. He was attentive in our convo and I was excited to hear he spent some time in Texas attending Texas Tech for a Semester. Overall this place is A-1 and the Kobe beef skewer was amazing I highly recommend and I’ll be back!
