Our LUNCH at Wagyu Katana was, without a doubt, the highlight of our start trip at Tokyo. This is more than just a meal; it's a complete experience. ​The Food: Absolutely phenomenal. We had the pleasure of trying their award-winning Kobe beef, and they even proudly showed us the plaque to prove it! The quality is simply on another level. Watching the chef expertly prepare the steak, which was cooked to perfection, was a show in itself. Every single bite melted in our mouths. The accompanying dishes were just as thoughtfully prepared and delicious. ​The Service: The definition of top-notch. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. Our chef was so passionate and clearly took immense pride in her work. Her joyful energy was infectious! The personalized "Memory Creator" boxes at the end were such a special and thoughtful touch. ​The Atmosphere: The restaurant has an intimate and elegant ambiance. Sitting at the counter allows you to fully appreciate the artistry of the chefs.
