I received the warmest and most enthusiastic welcome ever from the lovely Hime. Hime took the time to be constantly friendly and lively the whole time. We made lovely conversation when she was preparing my food. She put on a brilliant performance when cooking the Kobe fillet with a spectacular blaze of fire. And I'd like to mention Ken who was also very friendly and made some very good Kobe sashimi, sushi and soup. He was also very friendly and warm. I have to applaud them for maintaining these customers service despite the fact that it was 9-10pm. As someone who works in retail, it's not easy meeting those same standards so late in the evening.
