An incredible Wagyu experience. We ordered the Kobe Briand premium cut and the filet along with the garlic rice, and had them prepare sushi from our steaks — which was such a unique and delicious touch. The quality of the meat was absolutely superb and melted in your mouth. The rice was a little too garlicky but still delicious. The chefs cook right in front of you and put on a fun little show that makes the dinner feel lively rather than overly formal. Yuto kept us entertained all evening and cooked the steaks perfectly. Shioi in the kitchen turned part of our steak into sushi that was truly out of this world. It’s a small restaurant tucked along a very cool street, and the intimate setting adds to the experience. The menu is simple and focused mainly on meat — but when the quality is this good, that’s exactly what you want. Definitely worth seeking out if you love Wagyu.
