An immaculate dining experience. The restaurant is spacious and delightfully decorated, with soft, traditional Japanese music playing in the background. Our reservation was taken into a beautiful private room promptly, and menus were clear and easy to understand as an American. Salads were served and the dressing was delicious. Our drinks were great. The Kobe Filet is fantastic; impeccably smooth, wonderfully cooked, and presented perfectly. Spices and a cooking base were provided for customization, however, at the pricepoint, I believe more selection and direction in spicing should have been provided, leading to a less than perfect eating experience. Regardless, it was an experience to remember. Kouei's service was the cherry on top, and made our time there all the better, with his personal touch enhancing the experience. In the end, it was worth the money, and cannot be recommended enough!
