I was served by Chef Kazu and the service is amazing!!! I ordered the premium steak, and the taste is like heaven. The Kobe Beef is so tender and it melts in your mouth. Chef Kazu made sure that I eat the meat correctly, instructing me to dip it first in wasabi then soy sauce then salt, then the miso can be mixed with rice for a sweet taste that complements the Kobe Beef. Really great hospitality. Plus, Chef Kazu even put on a good fire show for me (see attached pic). A really great experience. Great food, great ambiance, and great personality of Chef Kazu.
