I recently had the pleasure of dining at Wagyu Katana, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish! As a fan of fine dining, I’ve had my fair share of steaks, but nothing could have prepared me for the exquisite Wagyu beef served here.
From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles and ensured my dining experience was flawless. The Wagyu beef prepared by the talented chef Mikoto was absolutely delicious.
Chef Mikoto clearly pours his heart and soul into every dish. I especially loved how he paired the beef with seasonal vegetables and a delicate sauce that complemented the richness of the meat without overpowering it.
