Awesome Kobe beef and fun vibes! We stopped by Wagyu Katana and had such a great time. The Kobe beef was seriously delicious — tender, juicy, and full of flavor. REN, our chef, was so into what he was doing you could tell he really loved sharing the food with us, which made it even more enjoyable. Shoutout to the staff who gave us great recommendations too we ended up loving everything we tried. If you’re in Japan and want to try amazing Kobe beef without the formal fine dining scene, this is the place. Would totally go back!
