Our dinner at Wagyu Katana was one of the most memorable meals! Ren greeted us at the door with amazing enthusiasm that carried on as he not only served us, but prepared our meal, table-side. The emperor’s sirloin was unequivocally the best piece of beef I’ve ever had! This is truly a special place!
