I ordered the half Kobe sirloin and it was outstanding. The cut had excellent marbling and was cooked with precision, delivering that signature melt-in-your-mouth texture without feeling overly heavy. The portion was well balanced and let the quality of the beef speak for itself. Kazuki’s execution was impressive. His attention to timing, temperature, and presentation showed real craftsmanship. The experience felt focused and professional while still welcoming.
A refined and memorable wagyu experience. Would gladly return.
