Best steak of my life… Umi & Kamiyan are KINGS… I really appreciated each handle of delicacy per slice of steak & wagyu sushi’s. The turning on all sides of a single bite at a time was so appreciated and respectful of some of these certified meats. The recommendations of what to pair EACH bite with was a gentle and great touch. The energy in the room was warm and full, not over the top, but totally could be if you have seats with a group. I would return in the very near future, which I don’t say lightly. Thank you Umi, thank you Kamiyan, thank you Wagyu Katana. What an experience!
