We went in Friday evening during dinner time. Rie greeted us at the entrance and led us to our table. As we checked the menu, she asked us as a nice gesture if we'd like to move to the counter to have a better view. If there's seat available, the counter is definitely a better choice. Rie then served us the meal, that was the best steak I've ever had. We ordered the Sirloin. The meat was well cooked, not too rare not too overcooked. The meat was extremely delicious without any seasoning, or just a little bit salted. And vegetables tasty with the miso sauce. We were very satisfied with our visit and the amazing service and the cooking art Rie showed us.
