Overall the experience was fun, however for introverts it is overwhelming. The second you enter the restaurant they immediately and very loudly greet you. As other reviews mention, it's more of a performance than a nice dinner. The Kobe is not worth the premium price. The only issue I had was that they are pushy with overselling you on the more expensive cuts. Just let a guy eat the steak he wants and reserve your opinions to yourself. However that being said, I know the staff is just doing the job that they are asked to. They are very nice and act excited that you are there spending hundreds of USD on 4oz of beef. A+ to the staff for effort and being positive.
