Our chef was Umi, he was extremely nice and also quite skilled. He carefully prepared the most excellent steak dinner I’ve ever had. It was prepared with precision and skill and watching him ploy his craft was a pleasure. I highly recommend this dining experience during your visit to shinjuku!
