This was an amazing place. I seriously recommend to anyone who is looking for proper Wagyu/Kobe or tapenyaki experience in Tokyo.
My cook Kojin was amazing, he kept me entertained. He recommended the best pairings. Somewhat unexpectedly he did help me out with travel plans for my next few days in Japan. Kikyo was helping out, she was a great smile, and insightful when it came to pairings.
If you do have a chance to come around, I know it sound simple, but my favourite was soy sauced garlic with salt, really brought out the delicate flavours of the meat.
I have no words for the meat itself. I was expecting good, what I had was heavenly. I can attempt to describe it, but all efforts would be in vain.
