I celebrated my birthday at Wagyu Katana in Tokyo, and it was unforgettable! The Wagyu was the best I’ve ever had—perfectly marbled, tender, and full of flavor. A huge thank you to the talented chefs Ren, Umi, Kikyo, and Keisuke, whose incredible skill and artistry made every dish exceptional. Their attention to detail and passion for their craft truly elevated the experience. If you’re a Wagyu lover or new to it, Wagyu Katana is a must-visit. This was a birthday I’ll never forget
