I celebrated my birthday at Wagyu Katana in Tokyo, and it was unforgettable! The Wagyu was the best I’ve ever had—perfectly marbled, tender, and full of flavor. A huge thank you to the talented chefs Ren, Umi, Kikyo, and Keisuke, whose incredible skill and artistry made every dish exceptional.
