Kazuki was fabulous! He explained the different cuts of meat on the menu (in English which was very helpful) and presented my chosen steak with the certificate of authenticity. I chose the Waygu Sirloin; and it was AMAZING. I added Set Menu A with the steak so had, salad, soup and rice to accompany, all of which were very nice. But the steak. AMAZING. Highly recommended, and only a few minutes walk from the Metropolitan Building if you’ve been to see the viewing platform there.
