Staff and food were amazing! The staff really brought the ambiance and excitement of food. The cuts of beef were absolutely delicious and perfect way to end our trip in Japan. Umi was amazing, professional, and engaging - and we definitely will be back for our next trip to try the emperor and on the lookout for when Umi can host us again!
