This was my first experience at Wagyu Katana. I felt welcomed by the warm reception that I received from Ren and Rai. As he prepared our meal, Rai was very attentive and explained each step of the cooking process. The Kobe beef was out of this world with respect to flavor and juiciness. I have found another restaurant that I will be visiting each time I come to Japan.
