The reason why this place has an almost perfect five star is because they kind of pressure you into doing the review while you're there. That aside, the Kobe beef experience isn't too bad, they cook the meat for you, the meat melts on your tongue, and Nomu is fun and very friendly. Of course the quantity is never enough unless you have a big budget. It's good to try it once for the experience but you can probably get similar quality meat for less at a KBBQ place where you cook it yourself. My taste buds can't really tell the difference between this place and another KBBQ place we went to. But the wallet can definitely see a difference. Most of the people that eats here are foreigners on vacation. Hardly any locals. At the end, they help you take a picture in front of their store with katana props which is pretty cool. Overall, good to try it once for the experience, but you can get similar quality meet at a KBBQ place for half the price. In total we ordered 440g of the Kobe beef. Cost almost 1k usd.
