Excellent experience! Chef Arisa provides a wonderful, human experience while serving an excellent rendition of Japanese kobe beef. The steak melted in my mouth and was paired wonderfully with her suggestions. I highly recommend giving Wagyu Katana a visit if you have the opportunity!
