From the moment you arrive, the staff make it clear that your experience is their priority. I was served by the chef, Yoshi, who was outstanding throughout — attentive, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was spot on. He even used a speech translation app to ensure communication was clear, which really added to the experience. The quality of the Kobe Wagyu is unbelievable, and the team are happy to recommend what they feel will suit you best, which takes any guesswork out of the meal. Yoshi was also great entertainment, adding to what turned into a genuinely memorable night. The team mentioned that the restaurant is relatively recently established, but you would never know it — the level of service, confidence, and attention to detail feels like a place that’s been operating at a high level for years. You leave knowing you’ve had a genuinely top-tier experience, not just good service. If I have the time, I’ll absolutely be going back.
