Wagyu Katana was the perfect way to end our last night in Tokyo. The space is intimate and elevated without feeling stiff, and the quality of the wagyu truly speaks for itself—rich, beautifully prepared, and absolutely worth the experience. What really made the night special, though, was Arisa. Her energy was warm, fun, and genuinely welcoming. She made us feel comfortable right away and brought such a great vibe to the entire dinner. It felt less like being served and more like being taken care of by someone who truly loves what they do. Between the incredible food and Arisa’s wonderful presence, the whole evening felt like a proper send-off to Tokyo.
