An absolute 10/10 experience at Wagyu Katana! From the moment we walked in, the hospitality was top-notch. A huge shoutout to Kazu and Ren, who were not only incredibly friendly but also very entertaining. They took the time to explain the different cuts and cooked everything to absolute perfection right in front of us. As for the food—the Kobe beef was out of this world. It was tender, fresh, and so juicy it practically melted in our mouths. It’s rare to find a place that balances elite food quality with such a welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be back again!
