Wagyu Katana absolutely blew me away. This was hands down the best beef I’ve ever had in my life. Every bite was perfectly seasoned, rich, and unbelievably tender it literally melted in my mouth. You can taste the quality immediately; it’s on another level. What made the experience even better was the service. Shizuka took amazing care of us attentive, warm, and genuinely passionate about making sure everything was perfect. Special thanks to her for elevating an already incredible meal.
