What an incredible experience at Wagyu Katana.
Chef Noi absolutely made the night — the perfect mix of chef, entertainer, and genuinely great host. His personality brought so much energy to the experience, and the food matched it completely. My A5 Kobe beef was cooked to perfection — truly some of the highest quality meat I’ve ever had, melting in my mouth with every bite. The Kobe fried rice was also outstanding, and honestly everything we ate blew us away.
What really elevated the evening was how attentive the team was. They found out it was our anniversary and went out of their way to make it special, surprising us with cake and making a real moment of it at the end.
The only downside at the end of the meal was their request to tip on top of what was an expensive meal. I was taken aback as tipping isn’t part of Japanese culture.
Amazing food, fantastic service, and a genuinely memorable experience from start to finish. Huge thanks to Chef Noi for making it such a special night.
