Shizuka was my chef for the evening and she was absolutely fabulous. I sat at the counter and had such a cool experience. I’m an English speaker with this being my first time in Japan. Shizuka walked me through the menu and explained the different cuts of beef very thoroughly. We had wonderful conversation and I was very entertained. The beef was truly melt in your mouth, what you’ve read on the internet is no exaggeration. Sushi chef Nobu was also extremely friendly and made such delicious sushi. I loved every minute of my experience. Performer Umi was also very kind and helped make the experience so exciting. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to try a delicious high quality dinner.
