I went in not knowing what to expect and I had never tried wagyu or Kobe beef before and I was truly impressed by how good it was!! It’s a must try and the three cooks that were there were super kind and fun, they spoke English and even knew some French words! They took the time to explain everything on the menu to us and to walk us through the whole process encouraging us to take pictures, videos and chatted with us. I wanted to take the time to specially thank Umi who was our assigned chef, he’s adorable and he cooked the steak wonderfully and was always checking if everything was how we’d like. Thank you so much Umi and I DO love Kobe beef now, 100% recommend!
