Dining at Wagyu Katana was truly one of the highlights of my trip to Japan. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt premium yet welcoming, with a unique blend of Japanese culture and modern elegance.
The star of the show, of course, was the A5-grade Kobe Wagyu—and it completely exceeded expectations. The beef was incredibly tender, juicy, and literally melts in your mouth with every bite. It’s easily one of the best meals I’ve ever had. 1
What made the experience even more special was the live teppanyaki cooking. Watching the chef prepare the food right in front of us with such precision and skill added an entertainment factor you rarely get elsewhere. 1
